Rates are $600 plus tax a week for 1-2 persons or $1200 (no tax) a month for 1 - 2 persons. This rate includes twice weekly maid service, lawn maintenance, telephone, and TV/cable. Additional persons require slight increase in rate.

Rates are negotiable for stays longer than two months depending on services needed and number of occupants.
