The Mollard Guest House is available as weekly or monthly rentals. The guest house is a far more pleasant temporary housing situation than a motel. A restored 1920's bungalow, it is equipped for immediate living with furniture, bedding, kitchen equipment, maid service and laundry equipment.
The
very large living area is equipped with two sofas, TV, and
working gas fireplace. It opens onto a large, screened
sunroom where smoking is permitted.
There
is a large room opening to the living area which has a
desk/telephone and daybed which could sleep one more person
or be a comfortable office working area.
The
Kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave,
dishwasher, cookware, dinnerware, and coffee maker. There is
a four person table/chairs in a dining room off the kitchen.
A washer/dryer is in the hallway for easy maintenance.
The back yard has a covered awning
for the auto or a barbecue party.
Wooden floors, modern kitchen, new
central air, freshly painted, carpet, linens, towels, and
dinnerware can make a stay much more enjoyable visit than a
motel.
